Production of 5000 t-shirts for an international conference event at Malaysia
Obstacles
Just a fledgling company with no Logistics, Staff or Import/Export license. Delivery was going to be close to impossible given the tight deadlines

Contacted 50 members of the conference travelling from Bangalore to Malaysia. Spoke to each personally and convinced them to carry a portion of t-shirts
Collected all PNR numbers, upgraded all passengers luggage, made 100 bags to store the t-shirts on flight, coordinated with Air Asia cargo office and customs to ensure this goes smoothly
Still 2000 t-shirts pending in Bangalore. Contacted friends, booked them flights to Malaysia (Free trip!) with upgraded luggage, and repeated the process of sending the t-shirts via luggage.
