Production of Jackets for the Indian Surfing team wear when they represented the country at an international event in Bali

Obstacles

In the conversion of artwork files, the fonts on the team’s logos were altered slightly. This happened one week before the team left for Bali.

The YDS Solution: 

• Contacted a various connections and vendors across india. 
• One of our vendors in Delhi matched the fabric & the color. After getting approvals on the same day, had it sent immediately via express courier 
• Parallelly, Got our design team to re-work on the designs, recheck the fonts etc. Got the approvals in place for the printing 
• We ran two shifts and put our entire team behind this.
• We had the jackets ready just in time and our athletes could proudly wear the jacket for this international event held at Bali
