Metallic vinyl heat-pressed onto the fabric. Available in Gold or Silver. Real metallic foil, not gold-coloured ink. Best on names, numbers, and wordmarks. Works on cotton tees, hoodies, and caps.

Production defect? We reprint, not refund - that's the guarantee, on every order. Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo of the package and a photo of the product and we will remake it. You see the exact preview before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Close, not exact. The same colour looks different on screen, in ink, and on fabric. DTG and DTF: close match on most colours. The ink bonds into the fibre so small shifts are normal. Screen Print: closest match to a Pantone target, but not an exact hit. Good for most brand colours. If colour is critical: email work@yourdesignstore.in before you order and we will produce a sample piece.
No. All our apparel is pre-washed, so it does not shrink further in the wash. Order your usual size and it stays that size.
Both. Embroidery is the cleanest method for logos because the thread sits well into the twill. DTF for full-colour prints. Screen Print for bulk runs. For beanies, embroidery is the preferred method since knit fabric does not take DTG or DTF cleanly.
Yes on most styles. Strap, velcro, or buckle depending on the cap. Fits most head sizes. Bucket hats are one-size. Beanies stretch to fit.
5% elastic gives enough stretch for most head sizes. Fits snug without squeezing.
Yes. Embroidery is the cleanest method for beanies. Small logos and wordmarks work best.
