240 GSM · COMBED COTTON · 300G · ACID-WASHED
A tee you'd pick when the fabric needs to do some of the talking. Goes well with a DTG print or a bold screen-printed graphic. Every piece fades slightly differently in the bath, so no two come out the same. Pairs well with our Pure Cotton Varsity Jacket.
How we print this
Why DTG?
Water-based ink cured into the cotton fibre. Photo-real detail, no feel of the ink on the fabric. Best on 100% cotton tees.
Why DTF?
Ink printed on film, heat-pressed onto the fabric. Crisp edges on logos, small text, and left-chest prints. Works on cotton, poly-cotton, and polyester.
Why Screen?
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, cured into the weave. Built for flat solid colours and big runs. 20 pieces per colour minimum. Also available as Puff (raised texture), HD (fine detail), or Glitter (shimmer). Screen print variants. WhatsApp us for specs.
Why Vinyl Foil?
Metallic vinyl heat-pressed onto the fabric. Available in Gold or Silver. Real metallic foil, not gold-coloured ink. Best on names, numbers, and wordmarks. Works on cotton tees, hoodies, and caps.

240 GSM combed cotton. 300 grams on the scale. Washed after the knit. The fade is uneven by design. The bath moves differently over every panel, so no two tees come out identical. The weight is what keeps the shoulder holding its shape after the wash, instead of collapsing the way a lighter tee would.
The wash does half the work. You do the other half.
Printed in our Bangalore factory. DTG, DTF, or screen print. MOQ 1. You'll see a preview before you pay.
Pairs well with our Optic Wash Oversize if you want the clean-wash version, or the Dense Oversize if you want the same heavy drop without the fade variability.
When you want the fabric to do some of the talking. When a plain tee wouldn't carry your print far enough. When the design is quiet and the shirt needs to meet it halfway.

Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished piece, and between batches. That's how real fabric and real dye behave.
Sell under your own brand. Add custom hangtags, labels, and packaging to every order — no minimum.

240 GSM combed cotton, oversized cut, dropped in the acid bath after knitting. That bath is why two tees from the same order never fade the same way.

Close, not exact. The same colour looks different on screen, in ink, and on fabric. DTG and DTF: close match on most colours. The ink bonds into the fibre so small shifts are normal. Screen Print: closest match to a Pantone target, but not an exact hit. Good for most brand colours. If colour is critical: email work@yourdesignstore.in before you order and we will produce a sample piece.
No. All our apparel is pre-washed, so it does not shrink further in the wash. Order your usual size and it stays that size.
Not on most tees. DTG, DTF, and Screen Print work across the range. For a stitched logo, our Pure Cotton Varsity Jacket was built for embroidery. Collared tees and polos support chest embroidery. See the individual listing for specifics.
Go with your usual size. Most of our tees are regular fit. Oversized tees run wider and longer; check each listing for the cut. Our cotton is pre-washed so it stays that size. For team runs, order one of each size first if you are between sizes.
DTG and DTF hold 40-50 washes with the design clean. Screen Print lasts longer, especially on solid colours. Wash cold, inside out, to extend the life of any print.
Close, not identical. The acid bath moves across the fabric slightly differently on every piece, so each tee carries its own fade pattern. That's the whole point of the wash. If you need every tee to match across a team run, our Optic Wash Oversize or Dense Oversize keep the same heavy drop without the variability.
Same cut, same cotton, different wash. Acid wash leaves an uneven, faded finish. Every piece carries its own pattern. Optic Wash Oversize is brighter, more uniform, with a slightly tighter dimensional range from the wash finishing. Pick acid if you want the fabric to carry part of the story. Pick optic if the print should be the story.
Made for every occasion
The washed tee you make for yourself, one print on the front, nothing that needs explaining. Soft from day one because the wash did the breaking-in.
For the friend who never wears anything new-looking. For the brother you stopped buying greeting cards for. One tee, one wash, no card.
For the small run where every tee showing up slightly different is the feature. Twelve tees, same design, twelve fades. The group photo does the rest.
A 240 GSM acid-washed blank that's already doing half the work. Print one mark, screen one line, your first drop lands looking like it has history.
