260 GSM · COMBED COTTON · 380G · DENSE KNIT
A tee you'd pick for premium merch drops or statement prints where the fabric is the point. Goes with DTG, DTF, or screen print. 380 grams, dense knit, structured drop-shoulder. The heaviest cotton tee we stock. Pairs well with our Pure Cotton Varsity Jacket or Joggers.
How we print this
Why DTG?
Water-based ink cured into the cotton fibre. Photo-real detail, no feel of the ink on the fabric. Best on 100% cotton tees.
Why DTF?
Ink printed on film, heat-pressed onto the fabric. Crisp edges on logos, small text, and left-chest prints. Works on cotton, poly-cotton, and polyester.
Why Screen?
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, cured into the weave. Built for flat solid colours and big runs. 20 pieces per colour minimum. Also available as Puff (raised texture), HD (fine detail), or Glitter (shimmer). Screen print variants. WhatsApp us for specs.
Why Vinyl Foil?
Metallic vinyl heat-pressed onto the fabric. Available in Gold or Silver. Real metallic foil, not gold-coloured ink. Best on names, numbers, and wordmarks. Works on cotton tees, hoodies, and caps.

260 GSM combed cotton. 380 grams on the scale. Bio-washed and silicon-washed, with a brushed french-terry finish on the inside. The knit is dense enough that the shoulder stays structured through wash after wash, and the weight does the "this is a real garment" work before your print even lands.
When the print is the point, the fabric has to carry it.
Printed in our Bangalore factory. DTG, DTF, or screen print. MOQ 1. You'll see a preview before you pay.
Pairs well with our Dense Oversize 240 if you want the same silhouette in a lighter hand, or the Acid Wash Oversize if you want the weight with a worn-in finish.
When 240 GSM isn't enough. For merch drops where the fabric should feel like an object, not a layer. For limited runs where the weight of the garment is part of the perceived value. For prints that need a real canvas.
Or browse all Oversize Tees.
Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished piece, and between batches. That's how real fabric and real dye behave.

Close, not exact. The same colour looks different on screen, in ink, and on fabric. DTG and DTF: close match on most colours. The ink bonds into the fibre so small shifts are normal. Screen Print: closest match to a Pantone target, but not an exact hit. Good for most brand colours. If colour is critical: email work@yourdesignstore.in before you order and we will produce a sample piece.
No. All our apparel is pre-washed, so it does not shrink further in the wash. Order your usual size and it stays that size.
Not on most tees. DTG, DTF, and Screen Print work across the range. For a stitched logo, our Pure Cotton Varsity Jacket was built for embroidery. Collared tees and polos support chest embroidery. See the individual listing for specifics.
Go with your usual size. Most of our tees are regular fit. Oversized tees run wider and longer; check each listing for the cut. Our cotton is pre-washed so it stays that size. For team runs, order one of each size first if you are between sizes.
DTG and DTF hold 40-50 washes with the design clean. Screen Print lasts longer, especially on solid colours. Wash cold, inside out, to extend the life of any print.
Same cut, same cotton, 30 grams heavier and a tighter knit. The 260 holds its shape more aggressively through the shoulder and softens slower through the wash cycle. For the lighter-handed drop in the same silhouette, the 240 GSM Dense Oversize is the pick.
Close, but not quite. The fabric is denser than a regular tee and brushed on the inside, but it doesn't have the piled fleece of a proper sweatshirt. Sits somewhere between a heavy tee and a light sweatshirt. If you want the full sweatshirt body, our Crew Neck Sweatshirt is the call.
Made for every occasion
The heaviest tee you own. 380 grams, one print across the front, the fabric speaking as loud as the design. The tee you wear when you want the shirt itself to count for something.
For the friend whose wardrobe is half-good-tees, half-not-good-enough. For the birthday where a lighter tee would feel like a token. One tee that feels like a real object when they pick it up.
For the small limited run where the weight is part of the story. For the drop that ships to forty people who all need the same heavy-hand tee. 260 GSM, same dense knit, every piece in the batch the same weight.
A 260 GSM tee for the label that wants the fabric to say 'this is not fast fashion' before the buyer reads the care label. Heaviest we stock. Dense knit. The tee feels expensive in the hand, before any print lands on it.
