140 GSM · 100% MICRO POLYESTER · 200G · DRI-FIT
Promotional tee in 140 GSM micro polyester with moisture-wicking dri-fit finish. Sublimation on white, DTF, or screen print. For a cotton everyday tee instead, try Pure Cotton Round Neck.
How we print this
Why DTF?
Ink printed on film, heat-pressed onto the fabric. Crisp edges on logos, small text, and left-chest prints. Works on cotton, poly-cotton, and polyester.
Why Screen?
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, cured into the weave. Built for flat solid colours and big runs. 20 pieces per colour minimum. Also available as Puff (raised texture), HD (fine detail), or Glitter (shimmer). Screen print variants. WhatsApp us for specs.
Why Sublimation?
Dye becomes part of the material — no texture, no peel, no fade. The only way to do edge-to-edge all-over prints.
Bulk orders: send vector files (PDF, AI, EPS). WhatsApp us to share the file.
Need something specific. Embroidery, custom Pantone, a different print zone? WhatsApp us or email work@yourdesignstore.in.
The lightest tee in the catalogue, built for giveaways, not daily wear. 140 GSM micro polyester with a moisture-wicking dri-fit finish. Want a heavier cotton tee for everyday wear instead? Our Pure Cotton Round Neck is the cotton sibling.
When the tee is the giveaway, not the product. For marathon stalls, fest merch, cafe opening week, charity runs. When the design needs to run edge-to-edge on a white base. When the cost matters more than the hand feel.
Want everyday cotton instead? Pure Cotton Round Neck. Want a structured sports jersey? Polyester Activewear Jersey. Want a heavier budget tee? 220 GSM Round Neck.
Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished piece, and between batches. That's how real fabric and real dye behave.
Sell under your own brand. Add custom hangtags, labels, and packaging to every order — no minimum.

Close, not exact. The same colour looks different on screen, in ink, and on fabric. DTG and DTF: close match on most colours. The ink bonds into the fibre so small shifts are normal. Screen Print: closest match to a Pantone target, but not an exact hit. Good for most brand colours. If colour is critical: email work@yourdesignstore.in before you order and we will produce a sample piece.
No. All our apparel is pre-washed, so it does not shrink further in the wash. Order your usual size and it stays that size.
Not on most tees. DTG, DTF, and Screen Print work across the range. For a stitched logo, our Pure Cotton Varsity Jacket was built for embroidery. Collared tees and polos support chest embroidery. See the individual listing for specifics.
Go with your usual size. Most of our tees are regular fit. Oversized tees run wider and longer; check each listing for the cut. Our cotton is pre-washed so it stays that size. For team runs, order one of each size first if you are between sizes.
DTG and DTF hold 40-50 washes with the design clean. Screen Print lasts longer, especially on solid colours. Wash cold, inside out, to extend the life of any print.
Polyester takes sublimation. Sublimation is the only print method that dyes the fabric directly. No ink layer on top, no cracking, no edge. If you want a full-bleed all-over print for a giveaway, 100 percent polyester and sublimation is the combination that works. Cotton takes DTG or screen print, which is a different finish.
Sublimation prints on white only. The dye is translucent, so any colour underneath shows through. For prints on coloured polyester, use DTF or screen print instead.
Not in polyester. For a heavier tee, move to our regular round-neck at 180 GSM or 220 GSM in cotton. Different fabric, different feel, different print options.
Made for every occasion
Rare. The promotional tee is a bulk buy. If you order one for yourself it is usually the sample run before a two-hundred-piece print for something else you are organising.
Also rare. The one scene that lands: the friend running their first marathon who needs a throwaway sweat tee, the cousin handing out freebies at a college fest. One tee, printed fast, forgotten faster.
For the marathon handing out two-hundred bib tees, the college fest printing three-fifty for the stalls, the temple run giveaway, the cafe opening its doors with one tee for every first-day customer. No minimum.
For the founder testing a print before the real drop. 140 GSM micro-polyester, sublimation-ready on white, cheap enough to print fifty, see how the art sits, then commit the budget to cotton blanks.
